Netflix ha publicado ya su video para mostrarnos lo que se viene en Octubre, y en cantidad, la lista palidece frente a lo que podemos obtener en Estados Unidos. En Latinoamérica, la lista de estrenos para el mes es de 65 títulos entre series, películas y documentales PARA TODO EL MES. En Estados Unidos, 30 son los que se estrenaron SÓLO HOY, primero de octubre.
En Estados Unidos, tenemos 101 estrenos. 101 contra 65 de LATAM! Además, películas como “The Shining”, “La Historia Sin Fin”, sólo estarán disponibles en Netflix USA.
Lo PEOR de Netflix es que a diferencia de Spotify y otros servicios de streaming, Netflix no ofrece un precio “regional“; es decir, en Latinoamérica pagamos el mismo precio, por menos contenido que en Estados Unidos. Yo pago S/.44.90 (soles peruanos) que son equivalentes a $13, lo mismo que cuesta el plan Premium en Estados Unidos. En Spotify, por poner un ejemplo, el plan está a S/18, unos $6, contra los $10 que cuesta en Estados Unidos
Sólo “Netflix Originals”, como The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, por los que Netflix no tiene que pagar regalías, se estrenan en simultáneo en todos los continentes. Pero contenido de calidad, de valor como “The Shining”, sólo están disponibles en ciertas regiones
